Ratings and reviews

Tried to place an order on the app. Booted me back to the order screen with no confirmation that the order had been placed. Didn't get an email that the order had actually been placed until I had already gone to another bono's to get food. So I unnecessarily paid for the same meal twice. Also charges you a $3 service fee so there's no good reason to use the app rather than just ordering at the restaurant.

My order was incorrect and missing items. I had no way to contact anyone for my online order for a price adjustment or a refund. Use Door Dash instead it's more reliable. Or go inside the establishment. The app sucks.

Can't register, says I've already registered, this is the first time I've used the app. Then I tried to sign in and use the forgot password prompt, but then it says I'm not registered. What's this about a $3 fee? I just saw that in other reviews. That would count me out anyway
