Ratings and reviews

Tried to place an order on the app. Booted me back to the order screen with no confirmation that the order had been placed. Didn't get an email that the order had actually been placed until I had already gone to another bono's to get food. So I unnecessarily paid for the same meal twice. Also charges you a $3 service fee so there's no good reason to use the app rather than just ordering at the restaurant.

My order was incorrect and missing items. I had no way to contact anyone for my online order for a price adjustment or a refund. Use Door Dash instead it's more reliable. Or go inside the establishment. The app sucks.

unless I missed it I did not see where to add senior discount for my online order and also The method to remove items appear to be adding the item instead,
