This app is lame. Mind you I haven't actually used it in store yet, but I've had it installed for months and not once have I received any type of notification or message. Businesses should be actively interacting with their customers, it's a good way for them to compete with all of the other restaurants out there. I need incentive to visit. There is an inbox section on the app, so they could be sending messages with various promos and deals, highlighting menu items, etc. Missed opportunity!

Overall, app works well and I've been able to redeem several rewards. However, so far this entire month, I've scanned for points, and the points have yet to be applied to my account. Can corporates development team look into this and resolve the issue?

update to review. I spent about $20 so I should have 20 points and it states 0 today 7-19 I keep saying that your application does not work I would suggest you pull it because no employee knows how to use it I went there today and it never showed up on my account they scanned the barcode on your app and it backfired as it should post instantaneously I got the lunch box and a drink for $11
