Horrible experience. Trying to book a flight. Requires registration with uploading passport which doesn't work. Wasted an hour. Update:I called and booked flight over the phone but that itenary is not available on line to verify or make any changes. I need to call and wait forever to be connected. And I was told if you book by phone you would not be able to see it on line.. How ridiculous. I didn't realize China could be so far behind.

Simply not working. Can't do anything without logging or registering. Both website and the app never open properly. NFC scan is simply broken and never scans and never proceeds to the next step. In other words, the app made to make it easier makes it harder for everybody. Save yourself some time and nerves and just don't even bother installing it.

Cant login even though I have an account. Try to register again but app freezes every time. Cant do anything, waste of space, not helping at all.
