Emergency response services are available within the borders of South Africa only.
International travellers are encouraged to download the app before arriving in South Africa for seamless access to emergency support.

INFRASTRUCTURE REPORTING TOOL
The iER App includes a dedicated Infrastructure Reporting feature, allowing users to quickly report municipal service delivery and public safety issues in their communities.
Reports are submitted on behalf of users to the relevant municipal department as a public convenience feature.

The have the best service I tested the app they called me and they were chill about me testing the app.

This app is great. the service of the call center personal is out of the top shelves. Friendly, patient, and very helpful. Just one problem that is a continuous problem. The ambulance service is pathetic. GPG is literally a waist of patients health. I worked with a ambulance company not to long ago. Small but reliable. Once again. thanks to the operators of IER. No thanks to the service of the state.
