24/7 EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE
In the event of a medical, security, roadside, or personal emergency, iER helps connect you to the nearest available private emergency response service provider.
Emergency response services are available within the borders of South Africa only.
International travellers are encouraged to download the app before arriving in South Africa for seamless access to emergency support.

INFRASTRUCTURE REPORTING TOOL
The iER App includes a dedicated Infrastructure Reporting feature, allowing users to quickly report municipal service delivery and public safety issues in their communities.
Reports are submitted on behalf of users to the relevant municipal department as a public convenience feature.
