- Location – For live device tracking, finding your phone, and saving the location when a security event happens.
- Contacts – To send alerts and emergency information to your trusted contacts.
- Camera – To capture intruder photos when unauthorized access is detected.
- Device Administrator – For anti-theft protection, such as locking the device when certain security events occur.
Accessibility Service (important)
CELL SECURITY CARE uses the Android AccessibilityService API only for security features. It is not an accessibility tool.
- We use Accessibility to detect specific system screens such as the power menu and certain USB-related dialogs so we can block suspicious actions, lock the device, or trigger security alerts when the user has enabled these protections.
- The service allows the app to observe limited screen information needed to recognize these system events.
- We do not use Accessibility to read or collect the user’s passwords, messages, typed text, or personal content, and we do not sell or share any Accessibility data with third parties.
- The user sees a clear in‑app explanation before enabling the Accessibility Service and can turn it off at any time from the device’s Accessibility settings.
