The Idira® Identity mobile app (formerly CyberArk Identity) provides secure access to your organization's applications and resources from your mobile device.

The Idira Identity mobile app provides the following benefits:

- Workforce Password Management (WPM) to securely view, manage or copy web application credentials and secured item details on the go while keeping business passwords encrypted and protected.

- Single sign-on (SSO) access to all cloud and on-premises applications while giving IT the security and compliance they need.

- Multifactor authentication (MFA) via single-tap, one-time passcodes or push notifications to better protect corporate data.

Before you install this application, verify that your company licenses the Idira Identity service. To sign in, use the standard authentication credentials for the Idira Identity Security Platform.

It crashes All. The. Time. While searching, while doing nothing, while setting the login URL after deleting cache and storage data... It's more convenient to lookup a company password on the device that's already in my pocket, but when I can only get it reliably <50% of the time, I'm just going to be opening my laptop and taking a picture of the password there... Pixel 8 Android 14, everything's current.

Used to work fine but after a recent password change, the app freezes during 2-factor authentication all the time. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, which required re-enrolling my device which failed multiple times: either by QR code or by manually entering my credentials (and sometimes the screen would go blank after entering my username, not allowing me to progress any further).

This does not work with Samsung Ultra 23. still does not work on Android systems. I have a Samsung Z fold 7 now and it still will not work.
