Ratings and reviews

I deal with four banks. They all have apps. Century savings Bank has been trying to fix their app since I did my banking with them. One of the reasons I ended my banking with them was because of the almost impossible day-to-day accessibility to my funds and resources through this terrible application. If you're looking for a bank with easy access, this is not it.

I'm not sure what's happened since this app was updated but the biometric sign in only pops up when it feels like it. And when I type my password in it tells me it's the wrong password then locks me out of the app so I have to call the bank to get it unlocked. I Uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and had to redo the biometrics each time.

Perfect banking app for all my needs. Thank you Century Savings Bank!!
