Cerebral’s national network of licensed and credentialed mental health care doctors and therapists offer one-on-one personalized professional mental health care that will get you feeling better. Working directly with your doctors and therapists can help you overcome your anxiety, depression, insomnia, and more, managing your care all in one place. Cerebral’s app allows you to select your treating doctor and/or therapist, schedule your visits, and have a direct one-on-one telehealth visit with your selected healthcare professional.

Here's how it works:
· Take a short online assessment to define your symptoms.
· Choose a plan that best fits your needs and addresses your symptoms.
· Review a panel of doctors and therapists who are licensed and credentialed in your state and available to provide care directly to you
· Choose a healthcare professional who best suits your needs
· Set up regular synchronous tele mental health care video visits or phone chats with your licensed/credentialed mental health care professional and care team

Use the Cerebral app to:
· Participate in your one-on-one telehealth visit through video or phone with your licensed/credentialed mental health care professional on your schedule
· Contact your care team with questions about scheduling, medications & more
· Track medication refills, if clinically indicated and prescribed
· Monitor your progress
· Access mindfulness, self-care, & CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) exercises

Ratings and reviews

I think Cerebral as a service is fine. It's not the best treatment you can get, but in a nation where mental healthcare is constantly under attack, it is a sorely needed service if nothing else. That being said, the app is horrendous. I have to reinstall it every few months because it simply won't open after 5 or 6 weeks. The audio levels are almost always too low and requires an amplifier app, and none of the test features work on Android. 2/5 for that last one alone, but it prob deserves 1/5.

Love this app. Great way to get the help you need without leaving the comfort of your home. The only issue I'm having right now is in the message area of this app. It constantly freezes and it becomes very challenging to send messages and for someone coming in with their own set of issues, this is not ideal when trying to reach your prescriber and/or counselor. Please fix. Thank you 😊

These guys are crooks. I was looking to change my plan as the one I initially chose was not right for my needs. When on the website (mobile) and clicking the plans, it doesn't show you the price. Instead of you click continue it will automatically switch you and charge you instilantly. I tried to click back as the page had not loaded yet and I checked my account and sure enough. Another 174 had been taken out in addition to the amount taken out from my previous plan. Will not refund either.
