I don't even understand anymore. I was forced to update from the old app suddenly this evening. Now this new one won't let me sign in. The old one didn't have username now, just password. Then I'm not allowed to "Get started" because my account is already registered. What exactly is supposed to be the username? My email, account number, username or what? This is the second time your app will give me issues in this new year, I'm tired please
This app is disastrous...prefer the old app, this app confused me into opening a new accounts and now I have locked out of my original savings and the branch office is delaying to rectify the issue. I have to celebrate this season on borrowed money.. PLEASES SIMPLICITY IS PREFERABLE TO SOPHISTICATED
Since uninstallation of the old app which is the best, this new one is disastrous, It couldn't work at all, it display my " device unsupported" its user unfriendly.
I updated to the new version and it's asking for username, why on earth do you expect me to get that when i didn't register my previous app with any username. Won't be using ur app anymore it's high time i stopped banking with you guys because you've made me loose several opportunities
