As much as I do not like the layouts of the app, it is still easy to use. But the annoying part is when I decided to update after several notifications, I can't login my app and I can't make transfer at all. This is really bad. An update should bring seamless transaction within the app, but the recent one was a downgrade.

Very frustrating experience. The app refused to open at a critical moment right after I received money, leaving me unable to complete an urgent transfer and embarrassed in public. This is exactly why I don’t rely on this bank regularly. A banking app should be reliable, especially for basic transactions. Having to use another platform just to send money is unacceptable. Fix your app.

Honestly, i have been enjoying everything about this mobile app for the past 7 years , but after the recent update, its been frustrating. Every time i try to open the app my phone reboot, i have uninstalled and reinstalled up to 4 times but its keep doing the same thing, i even went to one of ur branches to complain but all to no avail.. U guys should do something about it.. My phone is up to date but still, its not opening.. This is very annoying..
