After inputting the token to approve transactions, the screen goes BLANK. One has to restart the application and go through the process of logging in again before they can approve another transaction and when one has up to 10 transactions, he will have to log in 10times! The transactions can't even be selected and grouped for one time approval of the 10 of them.

Worst mobile app I ever used, you need a miracle to transfer money through this app, even the IT staffs can't seem to find a solution to it, I literally have to walk into the banking hall to queue and fill out a transfer form before I can transact, the app is just not functional when it comes to transfer despite typing the token numbers, it says transaction approved but there is no debt and the balance remains the same. I advise they upgraded this app or something even union mobile is better

Terrible business apps, you approve a transfer, you can not view payment receipt to send to third party as evidence of payments. List of transactions history do not display details. To log in you are confused with initiator and Review, no approval display but when you log in as Review, you can then approve transaction. Too poop design. It's not as good as Union Mobile.
