I have been using this app simultaneously until I lost my phone, on getting another phone I could not log in, I still changed phone again, up to three phones, none of them could log me in. Always telling me "an error occurred while processing your request, please try again later". You should do everything possible to reprogram this app, it is not helping your agents at all.

You enrolled me for agent banking but I couldn't login to this app. I thought the password was wrong until I requested for password reset. Reset link was sent, I reset my password and tried to login on this app but the situation never changed. Went to your branch at Dugbe in ibadan. They couldn't do anything as they don't have experience at all. "WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST AT THE MOMENT. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER." This has been your message for over 1 month now. No single transaction

The app is working perfect but the commission they are paying they didn't arrange it very well is dropping instant and I supposed to be dropping a page of commission at the end of the month the commission will be paying the customer account or back the wallet so that the person will know that this is what is achievement for the month thanks
