CFB Vault: College Football

Harris Apps Studio

About this app

CFB Vault is the college football app built around your team. Live scores, game-day alerts and a Game Center for all 266 Division I programs, from Texas and Alabama to Notre Dame, Michigan and Ohio State.

GAME CENTER
Tap any game. Before kickoff, make your call, read the inside facts and see both teams' season side by side. While it is on, follow the score, who has the ball, the down and distance, each side's chance to win and every score as it happens. After the final whistle, get a report card from your team's side: what happened, how it was won, your team's best players and how the game swung.

GAME-DAY ALERTS
Star your teams and the app tells you on game day, an hour before kickoff and with the final score. Tap the alert and you land on the game.

YOUR TEAM'S PAGE, IN YOUR TEAM'S COLORS
Record, roster, schedule and the whole history, with something new from the program's past every day. Star Texas and the whole app goes burnt orange.

EVERY NFL DRAFT PICK SINCE 1967
12,298 draft picks, and a full professional career for 10,218 of them: Hall of Fame, Pro Bowls, Rookie of the Year, career yards, with a photograph wherever a free one exists. Notre Dame's board runs 256 deep. Ohio State's runs 285.

COLLEGE FOOTBALL ROSTERS
Full rosters for every FBS and FCS team, with positions, hometowns and the players who went on to the NFL.

WHO IS FROM YOUR TOWN
27,774 of 28,564 players mapped to their hometown, across 5,499 towns. Type yours and see who made it, and where they play.

THE WHOLE PROGRAM
First season, all-time record, national and conference titles, bowl record, rivals, the head coach, and the fight song where there is one. Michigan goes back to 1879. Every program gets the same page.

YOU AGAINST THE APP
Call every game before kickoff. The app makes its own call the moment you lock yours, and it cannot change its answer afterwards. A season-long scoreboard shows who is winning. Start a group and pick against your friends instead.

HBCU FOOTBALL, SAME DEPTH
All 21 Division I HBCU programs, the whole SWAC and the whole MEAC, on exactly the same footing as any blue blood. Florida A&M claims 16 Black college national championships and gets the same page as Alabama.

LIVE SCORES, NO ACCOUNT
FBS and FCS scores move while the game does. Rankings, schedules and headlines update on their own. No sign-up, no login, nothing to subscribe to.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL
Rosters, stats and history live on your phone, so they work in a packed stadium with no bars. Live scores need a connection. Nothing else does.

FREE
Free to download, free to use. No account, no paywall on stats, rosters or history.

DATA SOURCES
Live scores, schedules, rankings and headlines from ESPN's public feed. Rosters, statistics, venues and draft results from CollegeFootballData.com. Program history, coaches and NFL careers from Wikipedia, used under CC BY-SA and credited in the app.

CFB Vault is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NCAA, the NFL, or any college, university or conference.

What’s new

Rate CFB Vault. After your team wins, the app may ask once if you would rate it on Google Play. It asks rarely and never after a loss.

Cleaner stat lines. Report cards now say "1 carry" instead of "1 carries".

Includes everything in 1.5.2: this season's records, clearer live scores, and kickoff reminder fixes.
