I was logged out of my account after installing the latest update (June 24 2024). I tried logging in with my Internet Banking credentials which did not work. I went through the Sign Up process and was able to login. It took a few minutes for my accounts to appear. Manage your devices sends an OTP but the page doesn't complete loading.

I lost money because this app it's the only app in Kenya 🇰🇪 with no BLOCKING ATM card option the only option they have is you call they even block your card forever and you pay for new card So this app is of no use only normal transactions it's very shameful If you looking for bank app that you can control your ATM CARDS! best are KCB bank APP EQUITY bank STANDARD bank APP and IMBANK they're all the best in that areas of card security features and can't lose money easily than this STANBIC app

it's a wonderful app, I think that it would be more effective you add this feature where we can see the name of the person we are sending money to instead of just blindly sending it to a number. you know that feature in safaricom app, yeah... that's the one I'm talking about
