This app has become straight garbage! It keeps asking me to enter my credit card info, even though this card is already stored to my account. No big deal right, WRONG!! Not only have I tried entering the info, this garbage app won't take my info, just keep getting an error code. Then I tried with 2 other credit cards, same outcome..error. What is going on with these apps, are you seriously hindering us from purchasing? Then to make it worse, you can only do entries via the app, that DOESN'T WORK

Absolutely the worst app for such a large company. It's been like this for at least the past two months. From login problems to simple things like being unable to click on an upcoming Launch (been happening all week). Not to mention the endless loop of 'Too many codes requested. Try again in a few DAYS.' when trying to confirm my phone #. Can honestly say both Champs and Foot Locker have lost multiple sales. I have spent money on shoes from more competent stores, both online and physical.

I can't register an account in the app (I keep getting an error that simply says it failed, and it's been occuring over a 24 hour period), and when I sign in after setting an account up on the website I get an error saying the password is too long - apparently the website and the app have different password requirements. Unbelievably bad setup process for such a large company with mobile app dependent events (raffles, etc.) More detail: on the app, the requirements are "Your password must be between 6-10 characters in length and contain both letters and numbers, non-alpha-numeric characters are not allowed (!, &, #)." on the website: "must have between 8-16 characters, both upper AND lowercase letters, a number (0-9), at least one special character" so, i can't even change my password anywhere to have it fit the criteria on the other platform. unreal.
