I got several cancellations from the car and tuk tuk drivers when I was waiting for a taxi to pick up me and just spent my time for nothing and finally used another taxi provider. Also taxi drivers frequently come into the wrong pick up place because they do not follow the application map and do not read notes to the driver with the exact pick up address. The reward program is absent. Promo codes are not easy to use.

worst app ever. sellers always con you out of food, send half orders, cold, late, then charge you full price. the photos are never real, the portions are tiny, waste of time, app don't care, it's a free fall. I'm done with these sellers, can't even trade fairly cant be honest, yet happy to scam money for useless food of bones, half missing. you must check every order because it happens so much, is deliberate. won't use it again. they call lies & misselling: a mistakes👹 be honest in Life.nomor

After three hours of waiting, my food was finally lost, the driver finally disappeared, and the customer service didn't give any useful information. I asked for a refund, and the CS disappeared too. So I thought it's time to let this app disappear from my phone too.
