The response team support is bad.We can not top up float easily for an emergency and later spend 2 hr's withoutt being given attention, no response at all. Up to now I have not been credited and suported yet there can no other means of communication.

the app was good at first, but after updating it, I no longer get responses from the customer service, I deposited money yesterday on the Centenary account for float topup, but they haven't topped up my account all the customers lines aren't going through, the chat is being replied by an automated message not corresponding to the questions being asked,my business is stuck because of the float they have failed to topup

Downloaded the app payed the registration fee and submitted the kyc documents, the money was deducted from my account and they told me I will be licensed in 48 hours, till now nothing has been done yet, they only show me that my documents are unde review, delayed WhatsApp responses which also solve nothing apart from asking my chapchap agent number. Improve, I can't recommend anyone apparently.
