We really appreciate your services, but I humbly request you to remove the three withdrawal attempts because some customers are really stubborn, and the three attempts are too less to be avoided. I therefore request the management to increase the number of attempts to at least 5 times or atleast block for a few hours after the attempts. otherwise, the commission and the rest are really good. i appreciate it.

Congrats to the founders of the Chap App but i am here to raise a complain about it being slow to detect network connection even when the connection is on. It keeps on freezing hence driving me into a habit of refreshing it almost everytime. Then next is that the mobile data i use to run the app is greater than the commission earned by the end of the month. i mean, it drains larger amounts of data. Lastly, it has not been operating beyond 9:00pm for the past three days. Thanks! #Majex Music

Please try switching to a different internet connection, then clear the app’s cache and data from your device settings and log in again. This usually resolves the issue.

Thank you for this app, it's been helpful since i subscribed, however, my main challenge is how to get float, stanbic and equity network is always off, even the charges are high, plus you have to put in transport to access them ... so frustrating. i pray they bring us an easy way of getting float from mobile money agents. even charges on float are so high, kindly revise on these, thank you
