It is a good app but still has a lot of work to make it more functional and reliable. The app downtime is too frequent, the issues keep resurfacing after the technical team has done their best so that leaves a worry in the mind but also response time to some issues is too much rendering services unavailable yet they are important. As a suggestion, I think for someone to see their float balance or see performance records, there's need to enter the pin for verification as a security measure.

I had changed by phone due to screen issues,now logging in to another phones dennies me the entry, and when i check the number, it says its registered, then i have my phone number and my correct pin, and i insert the correct otp sent, then why on earth would i be dennied entry into my own account.

The app is fair, but but they should adjust time of operation, Mobile money works best in evening hours especially here in Kampala, we expect make profits, but this is the time the app is dead. More, Float addition should be automated including weekendz we are tired of sending our clients away due to lack of Float 🛟. Guys seriously improvement needed 🙏🙏
