STOP INSISTING ON LOCATION SPY MODE!!!! Accept whatever location mode is in effect and I'll increase my rating. I will never, EVER enable the location mode that is always on, even when you turn off location. As long as this app requires "high precision" mode (which is a flat-out lie, it is NOT more accurate than GPS alone; in fact it is LESS accurate but far more invasive), it will be a PITA for users who value their privacy.

Completely useless. Constantly shows a no internet connection message even when connected. There is no alternative way to set up an account or pay for charging without the app. Customer service support is just as useless as the app. And to make it worse, the developer then replied to confirm it's MY problem, not there's and there's nothing they can do to help, no suggestions of what might be the issue.

I tried four different charging stations and called the helpline as well, but the same fault kept occurring again and again. The call centre seems useless, as they make no difference. This is very frustrating.
