STOP INSISTING ON LOCATION SPY MODE!!!! Accept whatever location mode is in effect and I'll increase my rating. I will never, EVER enable the location mode that is always on, even when you turn off location. As long as this app requires "high precision" mode (which is a flat-out lie, it is NOT more accurate than GPS alone; in fact it is LESS accurate but far more invasive), it will be a PITA for users who value their privacy.

Chargefox customer service is completely incompetent and useless if you have any account issue. I emailed them 5 days ago about an account problem and have had zero reply. The only phone number they provide is for technical support on the actual chargers/hardware. There is no way to contact anyone about account issues. Absolute joke of a company. Avoid if you actually need to rely on their chargers. JUST BECAUSE THEY ACTION IT DOES NOT MEAN ITS FIXED.

I had insufficient funds in my account and Chargefox still allowed me to charge my car and retry the debiting my account a couple of days later.

We've also added live charging speed, so you can watch your rate update while you charge. Available on Chargefox-hosted DC stations.
