Chartnote is the best AI scribe I've ever used! I particularly love that I can customize my note templates to my liking which I could not do with the AI scribe programs I've used before. My notes are written almost exactly as I would have typed it, all without the extra effort! My only recommendation is that the notes should automatically get pushed into the patient's chart note instead of using the Chrome extension. Otherwise, I highly recommend this as this significantly reduced my workload!

I've been looking for something like this for quite a while. the custom AI reports are not as flexible as I'd like, otherwise I'd give five stars, but my needs are probably more complex and out of the box than other"s would be

completely broke today, won't connect to the Internet anymore making it useless. what a waste of money.
