UPDATE: Support finally responded after submitting a ticket through the Zendesk portal. Emails went unanswered. The app used to be good, but it has gotten a lot worse over the years. They finally updated their survey system, but it doesn't work any better than the last one, the only plus is the survey screen no longer disappears suddenly. They stripped this app down to the point of being almost completely useless. They removed receipt scanning, which, despite the bugs, was still the best part.

Used to be awesome. Had it years ago, redeemed a bunch of gift cards. Then downloaded it on my new phone over the past year and it sucks so bad! you could watch hours of videos and sometimes you only get 2 points. Never a single survey, lots of items don't scan correctly even though they are the right item, and it just takes forever to accumulate points now. I'm so bummed this used to be one of my favorite apps. Uninstalling.

Interested to see where the app is going and if it actually pays out, but right now I can't fill out the 'about me' quiz to start taking surveys because the 'next' button is broken, and the support option in the menu is a blank white screen. Also, some reciepts won't scan, they'll only say 'doesn't have enough information' no matter how clear the image capture is, or 'this has already been scanned' even if it hasn't. If the app gets fixed, I'll change my rating.
