It works fine but don't like how the reward is only valid for 14 days. Would be nice to be able to accumulate or just be able to use without the pressure of having to come in within the 2 weeks. Not always convenient to go or out of town, life gets busy and forget etc. Sometimes we even stock up when we get the chance and freeze them. Can't consume that much bread in 2 weeks. Also would be nice to have promos on random things so we can try them

the "app" is not an app but redirects you to a webpage that is super buggy. I strongly recommend that you hire someone to make an actual and functional app. I have 2 rewards, apparently, but I cannot access them because the "app" error codes to 500 everytime. I actually can't do anything without that error message. Kind of dissapointing. at least their bread tastes good. There is just no point to having this app.

The app was fine for what it was until I got a new phone and now I can't sign in. I click my country, then "get started" and I get sent to a website browser page with a nonsense URL that won't load. Now I have no access to my profile or the points I was building up.
