It works fine but don't like how the reward is only valid for 14 days. Would be nice to be able to accumulate or just be able to use without the pressure of having to come in within the 2 weeks. Not always convenient to go or out of town, life gets busy and forget etc. Sometimes we even stock up when we get the chance and freeze them. Can't consume that much bread in 2 weeks. Also would be nice to have promos on random things so we can try them

Horrible app, always crashes, 1% of the time I can login if lucky. Have uninstalled, re-installed, rebooted you name it. When it logs in I have already left the store and the info is incorrect on the app. Login on the website no issues. If I could I would give it 0 stars for wasting my time. I suggest firing the team who created this joke of an app. Just because of this app I'll purchase my bread elsewhere.

The app itself is very user friendly. The issue is that the new loyalty points system useless. You need 200 points for your $5. But the $5 offer expires in just 2 weeks! The points should last at least a month if not longer! Like many other users, this is completey useless. I spent a lot of money to get the $5 back, and they just disappeared. The paper loyalty card program was much better.
