Ratings and reviews

Very poor experience in app compared to CRED. It doesn't recognize more than half of UPI apps, it required to add card details each time(almost every month) I try to pay my bills. I will say be cautious while using the app as money is really deducted but not reach to card issuer as payment, resulting in late fees and other charges. I thought cheQ was good alternative for CRED, but it's far from even being anywhere close to it.

I used your app and encountered a problem right away: the payment amount was deducted from my account, but the transaction did not go through (although it did eventually process within three hours). If you intend to keep the app running successfully in the long run, you really need to fix this issue; otherwise, the app won't last much longer if things continue this way. Please implement a system for instant payments.

This app is terrible. I've been using it for six months, and they suddenly locked my account without any notice. When I reached out to customer support, they said my account was locked because of a flagged security risk. I was using this app to keep track of all my credit card bills.Now I don't have any information about which bills are pending and I need to check each and every card of mine. The support team sucks.
