Very poor experience in app compared to CRED. It doesn't recognize more than half of UPI apps, it required to add card details each time(almost every month) I try to pay my bills. I will say be cautious while using the app as money is really deducted but not reach to card issuer as payment, resulting in late fees and other charges. I thought cheQ was good alternative for CRED, but it's far from even being anywhere close to it.

It is very worst app I never seen like this before. In advertising they will tell you can use all reward coins in next payment but while doing one transaction it is showing monthly limit reached. If I want to use more I need to refer 30 friends,this is the work we have. Compare to this Cred app is 1000% best while rewarding and using also. In Google it is showing 4000 coins for monthly limit, it is taking only 1000 coins for every month. They are cheating with users in very cheap trick.

****Warning*** Don’t use that app for bill payments — it always delays processing. I made a credit card bill payment, and it showed as “pending,” saying the amount would be processed within 3 working days and reflected in the account within 3 days. If you want an instant transfer, use another app. CRED is the best platform for quick and reliable payments.
