fairly easy to use, good way to send money to other people, and the rates aren't bad. sometimes I'm frustrated with how many times the app will tell me my transfer might take a few days because my money hasn't posted to the Wise account. so I had to link 2 of my accounts and switch back and forth on which one to use to transfer the money the fastest.

I'm new, and did several transfer tests from another account, and the transfers were instant. I like that you can freeze the card from the app with a large button. I do wish to have an option to hide or separate my Jar balance from the total balance, and show only my main balance, on the main screen. I also wish they had a "round up" feature that puts the change in your jar automatically from every transaction.

This app is horrible! It is hard to set up, Harder to use! An god forbid you lose your ID. They let me send 2 transfers then Held my money hostage for 3 days. Wouldn't even let me send it to myself! Then I finally get it on its way right. Wrong! They cancel the transaction and make me wait another 36 hours for my refund. They can take your money in 15 seconds. Send it clear across the world. But can't put it back in the account They took it from for 3 to 4 days!
