I used the website years ago, and it was much better than this app. Match options don't "stick", meaning you will input preferences which don't seem to matter. I'm "matched" with many who don't match my preferences, and I don't match theirs, either. At least there seems to be a relative minimum of scam accounts. Maybe the market is dry, but it's really been disappointing.

I’ve tried verifying my account several times by submitting the front of my ID with my selfie, but it still says not verified. My photos are clear and meet all requirements, yet it keeps failing or pending. Because of this, I can’t send messages or use the app fully. It’s really frustrating. Please reply here or let me know where I can message support to fix this issue. I want to continue using the app properly.
