My photos are clear and meet all requirements, yet it keeps failing or pending. Because of this, I can’t send messages or use the app fully. It’s really frustrating. doesn't work on 4G network. not sure what's going on, but the app has stopped working on my Android fone ? its ok on WiFi, but 4g says " network error" ! I uninstall, cleared cache and data, still just does not work on 4g?please help...
