Disappointed, I would expect a Chess organization of this caliber to conduct itself a little better. There's NO way VISIBLE ..to pause your membership, that made mad enough to just cancel the membership, but THAT'S HIDDEN AS WELL. One way or another I'll get it done and there's too many other options for chess players to have to put up with this.

there is no option for 3d chess board. and it's difficult to analyse and play in 2d mode. another thing is, there is no guarantee that , will I be recognised as gm if reach a certain rating. I'm sorry bro. i tried my best to play in your platform. but it feels, ultimately I'm not getting any recognition and there is no 3D board.

1. Main thing we r here 2do is play. If I touch a piece and piece is automatically moved to next square, that is a bad experience. 2. I was enrolled in 2 tournaments at the same time. Both timed. And there was no option to cancel the match. I had 2 play or lose match. I had 2 resign 2 focus on 1 game but then another game started. 3. Even the game switcher CTA was misbehaving. It was not showing X sign when clicked. Overall, even though, it has backing of FIDE, it is not living upto the name.
