Ratings and reviews

The number of players sandbagging for a lower rating so as to have an advantage is crazy. Apparently FIDE don't have a problem with it. it is near impossible to get a match where the opponent doesn't cancel the match in an attempt to manipulate their rating.Considering that the only reason buy the pro version is to play rated matches the afore mentioned problems make in not worth the price. I'll be cancelling my pro membership and return to lichess, which is by far a better app and experience.

Disappointed, I would expect a Chess organization of this caliber to conduct itself a little better. There's NO way VISIBLE ..to pause your membership, that made mad enough to just cancel the membership, but THAT'S HIDDEN AS WELL. One way or another I'll get it done and there's too many other options for chess players to have to put up with this.

There are bugs and glitches. Sometimes the clock is ticking on the opponent's side and then it shows I lost on time. Other times it matches me with few opponents at the same time, and it doesn't notify, another game just sits in the background. One example: I started a game , the app force closed it and started a new game, later I saw I was deducted points cuz the 1st game was active while I was playing the 2nd game. I reported these problems twice, but none of my emails were answered.
