Ratings and reviews

The app pretty much does the bare minimum, which would be ok if it did it well. It constantly disconnects from both sides of the pump. I even get a disconnect error right after it has connected every time before it reconnects. However a few things l times it's been connected, I put down the phone, and I finish the session just to find it didn't save anything at all. That would be ok occasionally but you can't add pumping data manually. Good pumps, lame app.

For how expensive this pump is I really expected the app to be better. It's very rudimentary and doesn't provide much. The pumping session screen regularly freezes if I leave the app, the pumps regularly disconnect even though I'm a foot away from my phone, the timer doesn't play a sound or notification outside of the app when time is up, and the report of pumped milk is always off. The only benefit of the app is being able to preset the suction levels.

The app does what it's supposed to do, but I feel it could be way better. I've been using the app for about 6 months now and have taken note of things that would have made my life a bit easier. The timer function during pumps is only displayed while in the app. There is no sound or notification that happens when the time runs out and the timer is a separate tracking time than the actual pump. I also wish there was an overall pull down notification bar to track where you are in the pump.
