Why? made 2 separate transactions. One of them was canceled because it was in a different state. agent said it was an auto glitch? Nothing was resolved called customer service, and they gave me false advertisement and coupons. Not only that, but supposedly, call not recorded after I gave customer service time and date of the call and how long it lasted. All they said was sorry, 5 -10 business days. They were gonna investigate, but how was it reassuring for me if it had already happened twice?

A little too slow, I only shop online, its not just this store, others are the same, slow. But it takes time to show the rewards, It takes me a few days to place an order. I buy for 2-4 kids at the time, I make a few purchases on differents days, then wait for rewards or points and used them as well and that saves me money. The app could be better.

This is an awesome app...IF you don't mind spending your entire day trying to place an order!!! Seriously, it takes 2-3 MINUTES to transfer to whatever you click on, EVERY SINGLE TIME! I finally checked out a few minutes ago, and from the time I clicked checkout to the time I actually checked out took 15 minutes...waiting for the screen to load! I love the Children's Place for their clothes and prices but if they can't update their app to be user friendly, they are going to lose a customer.
