◆ HIGH-INTENSITY CIRCUITS - Get moving with high-intensity circuits and the perfect balance of cardio and strength, all in less than 20 minutes. Workouts can be performed anywhere you have room to move—in the gym or out.

◆ ON-DEMAND - Pre-built, interactive workouts begin with an optional dynamic warmup, followed by four full-body circuits of six exercises each with one-minute of rest in between. All exercises include guided instructions with the ability to pause and resume your workout at anytime.

Still having this issue: App won't reload workouts after I've completed a workout. I've had to uninstall and reinstall several times now, thus losing track of progress. Very frustrating. I really like the workouts, but the app is kind of integral to them. The app is just blanking on the workout and stats page now. Again, I really like this program, but with the app not functioning, what is the point?

Hmmm, there's no sync between the app and axe so I'm not sure why the axe is so expensive, or why can't hit tyres with it, I should have just bought a lump hammer or Indian club. The app workouts are juddery gif type clips that just repeat and you have to manually click next to move to the next exercise, who wants to keep stopping a workout to wrestle with an app every few reps? Very odd! I'm hoping this is a holding phase and they're working to get an actual app out with decent functionality

I've use the workouts as my warm up for every session. I like how simple the interface is. If you want to workout with/out a chopper done, what day and which workout did you do done. Simple and quicl as it should be. I don't like it when you check on your history, you can't click on the workout and see what exercises you did. There are some exercises that are not good like curling a 4lb rubber ax. Overall, this helps me get the most out of my chopper.
