A kind of buggy app with a couple of cool features, but not really doing anything special. A few times the app has just refused to start up, so I don't get to use it that day 🤷‍♀️ I am also surprised their exercise database isn't very comprehensive at all. I'm used to free weights, but I've been relegated to a machine gym, and there are a few machine exercises available, but not many. Won't be renewing my subscription.

This app has a lot of potential. The coach is surprisingly helpful at guiding when to increase weight, push for more reps, or take rest days, and the strength scores are a clear, motivating way to track progress. However, there are still issues. I’ve hit bugs like editing a workout and having all weights change, forcing a full re-entry. Some strength score tiers also feel unrealistic, for example, “advanced” barbell curls require a 229 lb 1RM, close to the 251 lb world record.

Great, in terms of interactive-ness and usage. For the strength test where it highlights areas, you should be able to apply more exercises than compound lifts for a more accurate description. In the workouts, there's very few options, which is fine since you can easily create your own. Edited: A bunch more excercises were added so I moved my rating up from 4 to 5. Would love to see a chat added to the group so you can talk to group members.
