The app has a lot of good food options, which gives it a bit of value. I find restaurants here that I don't find on too many other delivery apps. However, it's pretty much a guarantee that your order will be very late to arrive (think 1-2 hours later). The ETA is never anywhere close to accurate. If you go in to the app with that mindset, it's an okay app, though that's a rather low bar to work with. It's maybe understandable, given the company may not be as big as UberEATS, Door dash, etc.

The concept is excellent but the app is terrible. It glitches frequently, is nonintuitive (why does clicking on an item just expand the pic and not start an order? Why is there no item description?), and for some reason, it STOPS (not pauses) whatever audio you have playing on your phone. Not sure why it needs access to that part of my phone. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired too. When there are errors with promo codes, CS will give you the run-around instead of a reasonable solution.

The 30% off is a trick, you find out there's a limit when you check out after having spent time ordering and is hungry; I got the wrong item and I was asked to send a pic of the item then wait to see what the restaurant says, then the support will let me know. Wow, this is horrible service for a first time user. By the way, the $10 off first order is another trick - when placing the order, the system tells you the coupon is invalid, then the other is placed so you can't change your mind!!
