Ratings and reviews

It was my first time ordering through this app, and my experience was awful. After almost an hour of waiting for a driver they sent me to a 3rd party (doordash) I waited about 30 more minutes until DoorDash sent me a notification that the order had been canceled by the restaurant. Back in the app there were no updates, no notifications, I contacted an agent and they refused to refund me for the order. It was a horrible experience. They are more expensive than DD and Uber Eats.

This used to be a great delivery app, but they've gotten shady. A stray $10 charge showed up on my card from them when I hadn't ordered in over a month. I checked my account and not signed up for VIP or anything. Customer support did nothing and stopped just shy of calling me a liar even though I have screenshots of my statement showing the charge from them. Ended up having to contest and cancel that card. Delivery fees may be less on here, but they'll find ways to charge you elsewhere I guess.

App crashes regularly. Unable to upload photos to customer service on my pixel 6. Order total shown is less than actual order charged; it doesn't seem to include either tax or some sort of fee until you actually charge card and then order total changes. Many restaurants don't seen to check for their orders regularly thru this app. Very suspect. Proceed with caution. I was able to get customer service in a live chat, but it took nearly 30 minutes of back and forth to get my refund.
