Ratings and reviews

Good for finding Asian food options. My drivers have been pretty quick and the prices can be similar to DoorDash, just compare deals. Make sure you uncheck the VIP subscription when you order. Also this is not the app's fault necessarily but I have been having to scroll through a lot of extremely unappetizing AI generated food images lately which is not a good feeling when you are hungry.

there's a lot of hidden fees. for deliveries, there is a hidden fee not in the receipt page. the apps AI claim that I have to make a few more clicks to see the 'courier fee' so I want to ask if the membership supposed to be free delivery? I realized I wasnt saving much and cancel the subscription. the first month I was no longer charged but next month I was charged again. the Ai claimed I used their coupon when making pickup order so starts my subscription. app refuses to refund. terrible app

I enjoy this app, and some vendors like the noodle spot near me have customization options not available on other apps. You can also order from the Chinese menu at some restaurants. I don't like that at checkout they auto check the "subscribe" for their premium version of the app if you dont look to uncheck it. That feels scummy. It will automatically be checked everytime you go to order food, and you have to remember.
