support is actually support unlike other delivery services. you can tell this when they call you not just wait for you to call them to repeat memorized scripts without actually dealing with any of your issues. they're actually proper. everything about this app is proper in comparison to for example Uber which is utter s***

Please include "stop orders after this delivery" toggle (like Doordash) so I can end my shift without rejecting new orders. Otherwise, it is not bad and have not run into any bugs. The best part is that it is uses Google map as default not mapbox.

Very disappointed with Fantuan’s customer service. My driver app suddenly stopped giving me any delivery requests for no reason at all, and no one from support is helping me fix the problem. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but they just ignore my issue or give useless answers. This is completely unacceptable. I’ve been using the app seriously, and now I can’t work because of their poor support and unfair system. Terrible experience — I don’t recommend this app to any driver.
