Ratings and reviews

App interface is poor and complicated to use the developer should look on other apps like Uber Eats, Doordash etc Earning transfer option should be available for instant checkout if needed by the rider. The pay is low as compared to other apps like if I accept the trip then the distance is shown only from the restaurant to drop off. The distance on the way to pickup is not calculated and shown which is scam. Backend service is pretty poor and dump. I wish the developer has to work out.

Fantuan app developers should make the app more like DoorDash or Uber Eats. The text is so small that drivers have to pull over just to read the offer because it's difficult to see while driving and decide to press accept swipe. Drivers should also be able to see whether an order requires a PIN code before accepting it, not only after arriving at the customer's address. By then, it's too late.

I have been waiting over 6 months for them to give me a call or to approve my application and every time I give the number a call that Google gives me they're like okay we'll forward your information to whatever department and if there's any problems with your application they'll get back to you If not you just have to wait for the approval email but I feel like that shouldn't take this long if there's no wait list it should inform you if you have been waitlisted and there is nothing
