Does everything I need it to do to sustain my addiction. June 2026 update / face-lift is a step backward for usability. The interface looks pretty but for booking a tee time, not needed. I find the number of courses when selecting "nearby course" decreased. The app omits some closer courses unless I look them up individually. The app previously show courses up to 200 miles away. Now the distance is 24 miles. If I have time, I'd like to golf away from town. I do like sorting by earliest time.

I installed the app just so I could provide a 1 star review for their support. I booked a round a few days ago using a hot deal, which is a cool feature. The weather forecast turned ugly, so instead of waiting to get rained out, I asked Chronogolf to change my reservation to a day earlier, where there are lots of hot deals available. They are not responding to a simple reservation change. The reservation said it was noncancelable, but it did not say it was noneditable. Terrible customer service.

The recent update has made the app extremely slow. down to one star By the time the tee times load for me to select, most of the desired times are gone. I am not sure who Dax employes to manage Chronogolf but that person has no understanding of what members of a golf course desire in a golf app. I would rather have the previous version with it's deficiencies instead of this updated app designed for a slow Loris. Indicative of LS's stock price for last 5 yrs.
