UPDATE: if I could give zero stars I would. App is unreliable/unstable now. Doesn't always open and now can't add players without having to call into the clubhouse. All I get is a white screen every time I open the app. Just nothing. Adding players is not easy. Instead of just adding a name, you have to create a player with their email. Surely a privacy violation: not everyone wants their email out there by someone else. I hate this app, but it's the only way to make tee times for my club.

I installed the app just so I could provide a 1 star review for their support. I booked a round a few days ago using a hot deal, which is a cool feature. The weather forecast turned ugly, so instead of waiting to get rained out, I asked Chronogolf to change my reservation to a day earlier, where there are lots of hot deals available. They are not responding to a simple reservation change. The reservation said it was noncancelable, but it did not say it was noneditable. Terrible customer service.

My local club started using this for tee times and it won't let me register an account. I do not get the account verification email. I've checked spam folders, changed filter settings, tried multiple email accounts. nothing. if I email the help desk I get an automated email from THAT, but never a follow up.
