I'm leaving a review here, because it seems they turned off reviews on their main page, likely due to numerous terrible reviews. This is by far the worst register system I have ever used, and I've used many. CONSTANT problems. Terrible and very expensive hardware that must be purchased from Shopkeep directly at a premium. Their so-called 24hr support is a complete waste of time and ALWAYS tries to point the finger at ones network, ones router, etc (even when the speed tests are within their requirements). We replaced our entire network in an effort to get the register system to work better, no change. They never recognize a problem with their own terrible system, and if they do, there's nothing they can do about it. Their customer support is an outsourced, and scripted, waste of time. I cannot say enough bad things about this ShopKeep The removal of reviews from their app page speaks volumes. BEWARE

I have only had frustrating experiences with this company since they were sold last year. When I call, takes over an hour to talk to them. And its 3rd party service now so they just leave feedback for the company and they don't really know the systems. I'm told to leave feedback on the backoffice for the co. to make changes. Feedback button doesn't even work for me. Agent, though nice, couldn't get it to work either.... Hardware and software are slow and outdated in my opinion. Going to square

DO NOT USE SHOPKEEP!!! When I had inventory issues they could not narrow down the days the actual issues started because they take their calls in the UK... and there are time zone issues with the software and their engineering team wouldn't be back until Monday... I still have to sell during the weekend so when the inventory becomes more off it is next to impossible to untangle by Monday... summary reports are different from my end of shift reports... every week it's something different
