Two bad things. First, notifications do not work in background except if I keep app open. So, I have to keep app open at all times. And sometimes notifications come late. 2nd problem is codec. I thought recording was bad, but player is bad. I have to use special apps that can view these videos. Standard gallery can't open these videos and imilab app itself shows glitchy black videos.

I have an IMILAB doorbell camera, which as a product is great, but this app is so bad it makes the product just useless. First of all when you open the app you see an ad for a product. In addition, the app crash a lot, doesn't support loop recording so after a while it doesn't record at all, the setup was a nightmare, and you can't just delete all of the videos you can just select day by day of recordings. Just terrible app.

We received an imilab c30 as replacement for a different xiaomi camera, but had to install this app to get it working. Why can't we use the Xiaomi home app for this? I wish we could. The camera view has a delay of 1-2 seconds, even on WiFi, which Xiaomi home doesn't have. This app is filled with bugs, spelling mistakes, unintelligible sentences and just broken on some places. Minor but still annoying: it is ridiculous to have to skip an empty startup screen everytime you open the app.
