The personnel at the bank are extremely nice and customer service is fast, but making deposits through this app is unbelievably unreliable. They will approve a deposit and then cancel it, no communication, all of a sudden your account is overdrawn and you have lost days of use of one's money. It is great for transfers between Canada and the US, but not for depositing funds.

When you try to open the app, you get an "unexpected error" message and it crashes. Only after opening it again, can you log on. If you leave the app for a few minutes and open it again, you get another error message. None of the updates so far have helped with stability of the app.

Horrible App, the old app worked fine. This app doesn't give the option to receive a notification whenever your debit card is used. With the old app I got a text as soon as my card was used. Also, I used to get Daily texts about my balance, this one doesn't send texts on weekends or holidays. The last 2 weeks I haven't received any daily balance texts. It's time to find a new bank.
