Sux! Bugs ever since the first version. Every time i login it will instantly say session expired. I always have to login twice before i can do my banking. Useless programmers.
One of the biggest benefits to banking apps is the ability to e-deposit cheques. That's been impossible for a while now due to capture issues and unidentified errors if you're lucky enough to get a usable image of the cheques. EDIT - its still faulty and appears to be getting more buggy. IF you get a decent picture of the cheque (good luck), it still can't differentiate between similar cheques so it thinks you've already made the deposit. Not annoying at all after spending 10 minutes trying to outsmart the image capture. Unsatisfactory.
Great app, 2 suggestions, 1 stop the auto photo for cheque deposit, always blurry. 2 when depositing email transfer put account selection field above the password. When entering the password there is a submit button that fails because account was not selected.
I like this app but a recent update makes it take the photo on its own. This usually doesn't get it right the first time and leaves me trying several times to get a good picture. Please make it stop..
Can't use fingerprint login on Galaxy A5 2017 running Android 7.0. The advice to contact the phone manufacturer about this is silly. Fingerprint works fine on RBC app.
eDeposit no longer works, used it dozens of times before, now like many other people are saying it doesn't work, even if the pictures are clear, and yes even using manual mode.
