Log in bug When the app is working its great. But on more than one occasion when logging in its gives me the " you've entered the wrong password too many times" error on my first attempt when I know I typed it in correctly. It makes me reset my password for absolutely no reason and locks me out until I do so. Very frustrating
Accounts missing Since the last update I can see or do any transaction with TFSA account. Please put this back in the app. Without that ability the app is pretty much useless.
Last version is better than this new one, each time I need to sign on again when I pay my bill, pls give us more time when I switch from email to app.
Needs fingerprint login Love the new redesign for the app as it looks way better now. I would really like to see fingerprint recognition to be integrated into the app so we can login a lot faster. Once that has been done I will rate this 5 stars!
Password entered too many times I have not been able to use my online banking for over a month, I get an error that I have entered my password incorrectly many times but I can access on a computer. I called Customer service amd they said they were doing updates and would be ready in 3 days, it has been over a month. As an active user of mobile banking and a busy woman, this is so frustrating! Please fix the problem.
Does what it should do Love being able to scan a cheque with it and depositing it that way, you guys need to improve it though, sometimes the app acts up, there should be an option of "submit to be reviewed" just a person who checks the picture and approves it if it's OK also I'd like to have an option in the contact us with a drag down list for stuff like: credit card, telephone banking, report card lost/stolen, Equifax also would be nice if you could have a section that says where my money goes, you already do it on the paper
