The app is overall great when it works, but I find myself regularly getting verifying codes sent via text (they were incredibly obnoxious before when I only had calling options), and taking forever to receive. I get that I'm in a more rural area, but if that's the case, make it easier for us. It's a pain being locked out on my phone.

After I logged in to my account on the app and tried to enable push verification codes, it said my phone model is not supported. Where's the list of supported phones for this feature? I couldn't find it. Also, the app triggered a notification in the middle of the night for a CIBC promotion. I didn't find a setting to disable that kind of notification in the app.

Pretty good overall. The app had limited functions. For example you can't get mortgage statements and can't get direct deposit forms through the app (you need to login on desktop for that). Would prefer to have more of that functionality but it does everything else great. I have had a few instances where the verification text code want sending and I had to choose the call option
