Money transfers transactions are displayed as "internet transfer"; no information is displayed for where the money have been transferred to/from. CIBC just let customers to do the guesswork themselves... This is CRAZY, how can I emphasize it more. CIBC shall be ashamed of themselves. I am considering tranfering my Chequing accounting elsewhere...
The new version logs me out as soon as I log in and requires the full card information and will not remember it. As another review said I can hit back and it then works correctly. Also international money transfers has been removed which was a great feature.
Latest update has created a new problem. After successfully logging in with the app, it then redirects you to the mobile browser site ?!?! wherein you have to resubmit your card number (every time...It won't remember it). However, if you hit the back button on your phone, you magically return to the app!?!?! Not good CIBC. Bush league. Fix this now.
Been waiting 3 years for tap to pay features however it appears developers have given up. Lucky for me I also bank with RBC as they have this feature.
I've never been able to log in. It crashes every single time
Please fix the fingerprint sign in issue. I can't log in with my fingerprint after the Android 7.0 update. It was working fine prior.
