Can't transfer I've mostly been happy with the app, but I recently opened a savings account and am unable to transfer any money into it using the app. It's annoying and when I call the number it gives me I can never get through to an actual person.
Love the bank, free e-transfers are awesome. But the app is frustrating me by refusing to accept my fingerprint as a form of authentication. Even though my phone says it recognized successfully during setup, the app days it encountered an unexpected error. Would be 5 stars if that worked!
Glitches need to be fixed! So the app alone is fine but if I happen to cancel or remove a payment the app automatically kicks me out and I have to resign in every time. Please fix glitches otherwise this app is crap!
Fingerprint doesn't work on my Samsung S7 Love the app but it freezes my OS on my S7 when i activate fingerprint login. Have to uninstall it in order for the phone to work again. After installed 5 times. I gave up on the fingerprint.
Password limit is stupid Having a 12 character password limit is insane. The passwords I use for important accounts are usually 20-30 characters long. Forcing users to use weak passwords is nuts.
Need improvement I like the app however I don't always check my investment and as such I don't know how my RRSP or TFSA performed during the day, week and month. I can't wait for the end on the month to make an informed decision. So I ask that some Form of information be provided bar, chart graph etc be includes in the app.
