I'm unable to log on to the app very easily, receiving an error message everytime I type in my password. In order to log on I need to use the Forgot Password function to reset and go in that way. Is this just a version issue? Everything works fine on the desktop version!
I'm able to sign into my account when at home connected on WIFI, but cannot when on my mobile network. This is very frustrating and really defeats the purpose of mobile banking. I may as well use my laptop if I'm already home.
I like it better than using the website. Only problem I have is the finger print scanner will not work with my phone (Huawei), says I need to read the phones trouble shooting guide. I set up finger print scanner to login to PayPal easily.
The app is good and has not disappointed until now. The only thing lacking is support for PC MasterCard, which if added would make this app a single window to access all PC Financial relationships.
Never works unless on my home network, always says it's locked and says to call number to change password even though when I return home it logs in no problem. Annoying I can't use my data to access the app when I'm away.
Can only use on WiFi at home won't work on cellular data and have had issues using WiFi at friends houses really frustrating that it won't ever work on my cellular data, there are times when I really need to access my bank but can't and have to try and find a bank machine
