Issues with login As others have pointed out, I have also been experiencing issues logging into the app intermittently. The app will refer me to reset my password using phone banking when I am, in fact, using the correct password. When I am able to log in with this same password--which may not be for a full day-- the app is wonderful. Fast with a pleasing interface. Once the log in issue is addressed, then I will give it a 5 star rating.
Unusable - looping (Samsung Tab 2 10.1) Recently started looping on promotion for 'new deposits' - can not even get to my accounts. Perhaps I'm being punished for not pursuing the offer. Today's update (June 24) did not fix the issue. Prior to this looping behaviour I used the app regularly; I will have to temporarily (at least I hope it is temporary) uninstall. Just discovered if I tap on 'sign me up' instead of 'remind me later' the looping behaviour stops and I can access my accounts.
Fix Your App!! There are times when you can't sign in... Same issue. I can't sign in with my data or certain wifi but for some reason you only seem to work when I am at home using my wifi when I don't need it. Thanks for that! Fix your app!
Loads of log in problems Recently i like many others have been experiencing log in problems. Its disappointing to keep going to the telephone banking or to cibc atm all the time. They really need to fix the app. I don't think i will bank with PC any longer.😡
What about the mastercard? I'll give this app 5 stars once the app can show the mastercard info! It's pretty lame that it doesn't. Other than that, I've got no issues with the mobile app, but please get the mastercard info on there!!! 👍
Useless since recent update Not only do I experience the looping issue, but after paying bills on the app and not seeing my balance adjusted I logged into the site and didn't see the payments, so I paid them again. This double payment is my fault since I should have been aware of the overnight processing (which had never been an issue before). Longtime customer telling others: Users beware.
