Major bugs After typing the card number and you tap on password field it instantly loses focus so you have to tap again. Once focus is away from card number field you can't edit it. If you made a mistake you need to force close the app and restart. Also, the camera doesn't refocus before taking a picture of a cheque so most pictures will be slightly blurry.
Useless when off Wi-Fi. Works pretty well when on Wi-Fi, however anytime I try to sign on using cellular data it won't allow me to log in unless I call and reset it. Same problem across multiple devices. Mobile banking apps aren't terribly useful when you can only use them at home connected to Wi-Fi.
Much improved experience Once you use it a bit I love the new user experience. Much better information showing last bill amounts paid etc prevents mix ups. Well done. Seriously.
Best banking app I've used Been banking online since the 90's and with an Android device for at least 7 years. I have accounts with 3 Canadian banks, 1 US. The PCF app is the best mobile software I've ever used. Kudos to the designers & developers for a great product.
VOID check info Try to find the transit/branch number or the institute number....I bet you can't find it in the app. Simple info and it's not provided. You say click on "Help" menu. Well type in your question, "What is my transit number?" It will give your the dictionary explanation. Haha!
Brutal. Love the app, can't use it. Haven't been able to login in over a month. I know the password is correct, because once every 100 tries it will work.
