So f***ing tired of this!! About 80% of the time when I try to log in, it tells me that my password is wrong and I need to reset it. If I leave it alone for a couple hours, eventually it will let me log in. I'm considering canceling my PC account altogether because I am almost never able to access my account when I need to. I've never been so frustrated with an app before.
Useful but crashes The new photo cheque deposit crashes the app. I took a picture of the front and then the back of the cheque, pressed use and then the app crashed. Did the same thing twice so no deposit!
Photo deposit doesn't work. I Had to retake pictures several times, not even the clearest pics could be used. 90% of the time I am not even able to log in.
Date select tool for transactions is buggy It usually works for the first transaction, but subsequent transactions with future dates are impossible without first quiting the application and clearing my Droid memory. Every attempt to select a date results in the software thinking I clicked previous or next month.
Like other folks, cheque deposit was unusable After 3 attempts at taking the photo (with the excellent camera on my Note 4), I got consistently sharp shots, with the cheque clearly within the borders provided by the app. Then when it processed the photos they came out stretched to where the cheques edges weren't even in the frame of the photo. Keep trying guys. We appreciate the feature... But we need to be able to use it.
Photo Cheque Deposit does not work with Samsung Galaxy S5 App simply refused to accept the photos taken with a S5 (kept returning error ref. #1003). However, worked fine on a LG G2 (same cheque, lighting, etc.)

Deposit your Canadian dollar cheques by using your mobile device. Just take a picture of both sides of your endorsed cheque, enter the dollar amount, select the account you would like to make your deposit to, and submit it.
