The fingerprint option of the app is not working properly. I have checked the settings of the handset and the fingerprint app settings and everything is fine. I have called the bank's customer care and followed their instructions but it did not work. During the first verification, the fingerprint is visible on the mobile screen but when I try to verify for the second time, it is no longer visible, it shows authentication failure. please check and update the app as a soon as possible.

Need to fix a bug. The bug is : When someone try to recharge his/her phone number through this app, then just after clicking searching contact by tapping on the contact icon, the app starts endless leading. I am facing this troubles since 2 years. I don't understand why you don't find this problem and fix it.

After deposit salary, unable to login app for next 2/3 days, how funny bank service is this. And it’s impossible to perform any action via this app even check balance. As a special members I deserve better service than you provide. Very poor sevice not like a bank service
