About this app

Rise’s Owner and Board App is a mobile-friendly way to interface with your professional managed property association. You will be able to make payments, view your account, and access information about your property all in one place.

If you already have a login through to the association’s website through Rise, you can log into the Rise App using the same email address and password you use for your association website. If you do not have a current login to your association site, simply click the register button and submit your information. Once your registration is approved, you will receive an email with a link to set your password and then you will be able to log into your account directly from this app.

If you already have a login and do not remember your password, click the Forgot Password link, enter your email address to request a password reset and you will receive an email with a link to set your password. Once set, you can login with your email address and new password.

Once logged in, Owners will have direct access to the following features:
a. Easily switch between accounts if multiple properties are owned
b. Owner Dashboard
c. Access association documents
d. Access association directories
e. Access association photos
f. Access Contact Us Page
g. Pay Assessments
h. Access deed restriction matters – add comments and take pictures from mobile device to add to open matters
i. Submit Architectural Requests (if required) and include pictures and attachments (pictures can be taken from mobile device)
j. Access Owner ledger
k. Submit work orders and check on status of open work orders (add comments and take pictures from mobile device)

In addition, Board Members will be able to take advantage of the following features:
a. Board Tasks
b. ACC (Architectural Submission) Review
c. Board documents
d. Deed Violations Review
e. Invoice Approval (if enrolled)

Ratings and reviews

This app is not consistent accepting correct emails and approved passwords. It won't accept my regular email. I'm not wasting my time on trying to log in.

Does not hold payment information. A pain typing it in each time I use the ap. Also very pricy to pay through this system.

This is the worst management company that you can get they never fix anything they charge your HOA for a yearly fee and nothing ever gets done I would not recommend this association to anyone

Version 8.6.1 includes the following updates:

When enabled, help text displays with Pay Assessment Balance option (for Recurring eChecks) on Payment Wizard module.

Fixed an issue where the Reserve button now shows higher on the screen so it’s more visible whenever images are not present on the Reservation Listing screen.
