Ratings and reviews

won't let you access the paperwork for changes unless you download the application, and I'm in the application attempting to open the improvement request document. Doesn't make sense.

Garbage. Have to download this stupid thing to pay this garbage company and it doesn't even load properly. Still stuck on a loading screen. Spectrum thinks I don't have better things to do with my time. One year later, not showing how much I owe, and charging me an additional fee for using a credit card. GARBAGE COMPANY, shame on whoever runs this company

Deserves 0 stars, but of the course that isn't an option. When trying to register my account on the app, it kept giving me an error message saying to try again later. I tried to back out, wouldn't let me back out unless I saved the info I had entered first, even though I had no intention of using the nonfunctioning app.

What's new

Version 8.1 includes the following updates:

Book and manage amenity reservations, when available.

The Board Work Order screen now displays all work orders with any “open” status type.

Fixed an issue where the app would sometimes crash when tapping into the details of a reservation.
