Ratings and reviews

The app feels disjointed and buggy. It's very visible when you get navigated to a different system or from app to web. Also recently anytime I try to click on documents tab my app crashes and logs me out. Update: july update fixed the issue I was experiencing with the app crashing. Giving it 4 stars for fixing the problem.

This is just a terrible app. The UX is janky, half the time when I change pages/functions, it tells me I should use the app (when I'm already in the app). I wasn't notified about charges against my account, and when I look at them for details...there are no details. And don't get me started on LimeAId; when I asked it about the administrative charges, it said I owe $48k (I do not).

Terrible app! I'm trying to submit a Home Improvement request for Landscaping that was completed 4 years ago. 4 years later, I received a "courteousy letter" due to the mulch that had already been added. As first-time homeowners, this was new to us. I'm trying to remedy the situation by filling out the request form. However, it keeps referring me to "Use App" even when I'm already on the app! How infuriating! With the money Spectrum HOA extorts from homeowners, you'd think the app would be good.
