About this app

The InfoHOA Homeowner App allows you to access the online portal while on-the-go! Features include viewing your account balance, making payments, finding association documents, viewing the association calendar, and more!

Accessing the app:If you already have a login to your Association’s portal, you can login using the same email address and password.

If you do not have a login, download the app and then, you can register for the portal. When registering, please make sure to spell out your street name. For example, use Road instead of Rd. or Court instead of Ct., etc. Once verified, an initial password will be sent to the email address you provided. Please allow one full business day for our Customer Service Team to verify your registration. If you belong to more than one association or own multiple units, click on “Switch Account” on the top right of the dashboard page and then click “Add Account.”

App needs to be updated. Not user-friendly. Biometric log-in never works (you always have to re-enter username/password to login)

for people that older and not computer smart. it a lot to figure it out what want to look up or read about.
