don't bother it's the worst service I've ever experienced. needed to make a payment on my credit card for the first time and they couldn't find my info. Not even my phone number was registered and they gave me a credit card!!!! so insane. I spoke with 3 different people and spent 45min trying to figure it out and they just : sorry the system can't validate your credentials or whatever. I'm so upset because I couldn't make the payment on time and they just suggested going to the bank in person.

2025 Review: The app keeps crashing, information doesn't load, at time it doesn't show how much money I have, kicks me out of the app or it won't allow me to pay with my debit card. On tweeter or now X, we can see many people having the same problem.

Now the application is better. BUT every time you change the telephone number or cellphone you need to go to the office. And not offices are capable to do NetMovil. In BBVA it is much easier and comfortable. You can register from new phone with no problems.
