Getting Started: To use the Citizens Savings Bank Mobile App, you can enroll as a mobile user only or enroll and use it on your desktop or tablet as well. What a useless app, the old app I was able to login using just my app pin but now I have to use my password everytime! I am not computer/technology savvy and it is not easy for me to type my password out every time plus my tablet has no fingerprint reader.

The app works very well and is easy to use. My only negative is when it logs you out when the app updates.

Getting the new App set up was quick and easy. Called home office and away we go!
