Getting Started: To use the Citizens Savings Bank Mobile App, you can enroll as a mobile user only or enroll and use it on your desktop or tablet as well. Simply download the app, launch it, and tap the ENROLL NOW link and follow the prompts. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

It takes way too long for a mobile deposit check to get to your bank account in today's day where everything is instant why am I waiting sometimes 4 to 5 days before my money is available to me The end of the closing day shouldn't matter anymore when everything's done electronically no one needs to be there for this to be done no one is there when I'm using my card or my money and it's being taken out right away why isn't it being put in right away. Also navigating through this app is tricky

What a useless app, the old app I was able to login using just my app pin but now I have to use my password everytime! I am not computer/technology savvy and it is not easy for me to type my password out every time plus my tablet has no fingerprint reader.

The app works very well and is easy to use. My only negative is when it logs you out when the app updates.
