About this app

The all-new My Citizen app is an excellent companion to your Citizen Watch. Combining watch information, setting instructions, proof of purchase, and warranty information in one convenient location, you'll always have the information you need just a tap away.

WATCH SCAN
Use your phone's camera to take a scan of your watch face and case back. Using image recognition technology, My Citizen will identify your model and allow you to add it to your "My Watches" collection within the app. Currently, not all models manufactured prior to 2005 are able to be identified. Also, there are known limitations in identifying models manufactured for countries outside of the U.S.

SETTING INSTRUCTIONS
Never worry about misplacing a paper manual again. My Citizen gives you access to your watches' setting instructions and specifications anywhere you go.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
Register your watch directly within My Citizen for added protection and peace of mind, and store your proof of purchase for easy reference. You will also receive an additional year of warranty coverage free; U.S. residents only.

SUPPORT
You can always get help with your Citizen Watch through My Citizen as well. Support for any issue you may be having is available within the menu, as are links to other areas of interest. We will be adding more features to the My Citizen app based on community feedback, so please let us know what you think. We strive to give you the best experience possible.

last time I was on was maybe a year ago and it worked fine. now I can't log in. ive clicked and swiped everywhere and it just won't work. I open it, hit get started, and agree to privacy terms. then I have to put my email in to get a verification code. when I hit send verification code it says I'm already logged in. i tried a different email, no luck. shut down and open back up, uninstall and reinstall, still the same. App seems broken.

two problems make this very hard to use: 1. no images. I think it's trying to show me watches I might like but there are no images. I've registered my watches and there are no images for them either. 2. now it acts like it's the first time I've used the app, asks for my email like I need to login to send me a code. when I click "send code" it says "you are already logged in" but I can't go anywhere!

I'm just going to echo what others have said.None of the links work to get instructions for my watch. There was no manual with the watch. Instead, it said to go to this worthless app. First, I had to figure out which number was the serial number. It was hard to read the serial number. The whole registration process was difficult and ultimately unsuccessful. Asked for personal information before registering. Uninstalling this app after this review.
