They're starting Monopoly business, 3rd class Application, they need OTP for App log in but The OTP does not come in message box ( Most of the time). if you got late for leaving office by any urgent meeting, they don't cancel your ride automatically after passing the boating time , so we don't get any options further booking, we don't cancel our ride. very bad experience with this app, Uber Shuttle was better then tha app.

worst app, pricing is too high, if I book any ride I can't cancel after 30 mint of ride, they don't display delay timings of bus before booking, after booking they show us actual bus status, till that the live chat will also say that it's on time, we book the ride to reach on location without any trouble, I checked the bus was changing the direction to reach 1st stop and that created confusion on reaching to my destination which leads to more delay. will never try again.

I travel around 25km one way for office and for numerous reasons sometimes I need to change or cancel rides at the last moment. 1. The rides are extremely costly compared to other apps 2. If the ride is cancelled before 1 day trip date, a cancellation charge of 40 is applied and on top of that, they do not refund the money to bank, rather return to the Wallet. Hence, next time I am forced to use that wallet amt for a trip
