Ratings and reviews

Extremely bad service. The tracking system is very erratic. I have missed my bus multiple times due to this. The flexi pass system also is not helpful as it doesn't give you real flexibility to reschedule rides and you end up losing money. I do not recommend. I have been using just because of lack of another option

Bad service. the bis timings show on app. when you book, the cancel at last minute and combine 2 buses. They have been doing on my route for 1 month now. They say it is because of operational issues but this is done to keep the bus at full capacity. Cant relay on service. they charge a premium but service is unreliable

it is very useful. Love the service. a few more timings can be useful. amount lapse is a bit disadvantage. Atleast give ride credits, if not refund... a little more cost reduction on rides is welcome.
