Extremely disappointing experience with Cityflo. Two drivers failed to pick me up from the designated pickup location. Then, for my third ride, the bus number shown in the app was incorrect. When I checked the live tracking, the bus had already passed my stop, but I couldn't board it because the actual bus number didn't match the one displayed in the app. What's the point of live tracking and bus details if they aren't accurate? This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted my time.

They're starting Monopoly business, 3rd class Application, they need OTP for App log in but The OTP does not come in message box ( Most of the time). if you got late for leaving office by any urgent meeting, they don't cancel your ride automatically after passing the boating time , so we don't get any options further booking, we don't cancel our ride. very bad experience with this app, Uber Shuttle was better then tha app.

worst app, pricing is too high, if I book any ride I can't cancel after 30 mint of ride, they don't display delay timings of bus before booking, after booking they show us actual bus status, till that the live chat will also say that it's on time, we book the ride to reach on location without any trouble, I checked the bus was changing the direction to reach 1st stop and that created confusion on reaching to my destination which leads to more delay. will never try again.
