The app doesn't open and the website is blocked from abroad. As a snowbird from Germany only my neighbors informed me that my old auto payment system was cancelled and I would need to newly enroll and install the auto payment system again. Not being able to login from abroad, I cannot enroll for using autopay again to pay my water bills. On top, there is also a higher charge established. I sent CCU an email a week ago to - no answer. Never expected to have to deal with this kind of problems.
