When it works, it's slow. To submit an entry in a field in the form, you have to press the back button; there's no submit button in the field. The app logs you out frequently; it's impossible to stay logged out and you can't submit most requests without being logged in. No option to get emailed a sign in link so you best have your password memorized instead of stored in a wallet. It's faster to use the website instead of the app.

This app is ridiculous. It's full of bugs. I've tried submitting multiple service requests over the past few weeks and receive an error message every single time, even with all fields completed. I imagine the only way for city services to get any crummier was utilizing this sub-par application that doesn't function. What a frustrating mess!

This app is a good basic app, but clicking on my enabled app notifications I get directed to the login screen (even tho I'm already signed in) there's also no way to see what messages/updates have been read or not. Wish there was an easier way to track if my requests are completed or not. As for the process of submitting new 311 requests to the city, this part works great, like the search feature for the right category.
