The app is great. The follow up is what's horrible. They closed two complaints that had photos attached without even coming out. It took a third request and calling them. out on Facebook to get them to reapond.

This is some BS this app does not work. When you install this app it just shows a picture with no direction. And when you try to create an account with password the system doesn't respond. Some BS

It does nothing but show a picture of Jackson. This whole city is nothing but a sad joke. Fix it! The waters always broken, you tell us to use the app, which is a broken along with the rest of this pitiful city. I can't anymore.
