The app is great. The follow up is what's horrible. They closed two complaints that had photos attached without even coming out. It took a third request and calling them. out on Facebook to get them to reapond.

It does nothing but show a picture of Jackson. This whole city is nothing but a sad joke. Fix it! The waters always broken, you tell us to use the app, which is a broken along with the rest of this pitiful city. I can't anymore.

On 11/27/22, fifth time app reinstall and Still doesn't work. On 11/22/22: the App still doesn't work. EVEN AFTER REINSTALLING IT. NO GOOD.
