Not closing reports when the city closes them. They still read open after the city has already closed them making people think it's still in progress 😕. Sometimes it doesn't even show all my reports.

Easy to use for accessing information and reporting issues within the city

This app is garbage ....nothing works right.... been trying to get something done about all speeding and reckless driving in my neighborhood, I can't post videos of them speeding and driving like idiots. reporting noise problems here also does not work. I think this app is more to tip off the idiots so they don't get in trouble...Don't waste your time !!
