Payments are impossible. Tried several times with three different cards. Cannot pay on the app or website. I need up booking with someone else and yes, the same card worked just fine on another site.

Do not use this app or service. Very unprofessional service that cancels trips without warning. Also it wasn't a tour, it was a transfer

this app uses a lot of battery in a ver short time, extremely inefficient Updated review - Usually all the tours that you book work out fine, but if you are in bad luck and get ripped off by the tour operator, Civitatis will side with the operator instead of the customer. be aware of this.
